In this Aliso Viejo home the interior floor was designed and a special faux finish application applied to simulate the look of beach sand. The color was water floated to achieve the movement found in sand. A clear water based green acrylic sealer product was used. Four coats of clear sealer was applied to give the depth needed for the sand effect.
